Morning Worship at Kings

I feel such a freedom leading at Kings now I'm not on staff. The complex and mixed concerns you have when a) you're overseeing the long view of a ministry and when b) you have the accountability of an employee to an employer - had an enormous cumulative effect on how I experienced the task on any given Sunday. I honour the cost and value of carrying of those burdens. But It's simple and joyful in a way that I had lost sight of over two decades to just be a member of the community, bringing my loaves and fish to the community for the meal today.
