Sunday morning at Kings

We were out of our usual venue this morning and lots of old friends were up after a wedding yesterday, which made for a good atmosphere. There was no autopilot option.

Mark was preaching on Worship. The contributions and general engagement were good even before he spoke.

I deliberately planned a set around 'singing the story' and 'encounter with God', which is probably the most important balance I try to keep in directing worship at Kings.

I finished with a rich sense of how profound a thing it is to gather as church to worship God.
