A fantastic morning! Another three baptisms, and themes of grace throughout.

For various reasons I was a little unprepared this morning. These days I have enough skill and experience to compensate for one slightly unprepared morning, but it's not a great feeling - particularly as I had a few technical issues at the beginning.

Happily, the atmosphere when we have baptisms completely lifts the meeting. The three testimonies were about as diverse as we ever have, but all united in gratitude for finding grace in Christ.

I'm conscious of a number of people going through hard times in our congregation, so after a gospel-filled sermon about discovering who God is through trials I was almost undone as I led 'Remain' in response.

Thank God for grace!
